  She never came back to see if everything was ok, she only came back to ask if we wanted dessert which we declined. She then came back to give us the check.

  When our pizza was served, the server carelessly dropped the tongs on top of my wife's pizza after handling them with her hands.

  One of the most disappointing meals I have ordered in awhile. Philly Cheese steak was room temperature. Poutine was made with cold cheese and gravy not much flavour. Would not recommend to anyone. I'd rather not eat than eat this garbage.

  Very good restaurant overall. We had Breakfast. Service was good even though they were busy with the breakfast rush and the staff was friendly and accommodating as we only speak English. Food cam out in a reasonable amount of time. My waffle was a little over cooked but not burnt and the rest of my tables food was excellent. The mens restroom needed a good cleaning. It smelt fowl and there was dried feces on the toilet seat that I had to clean before my son could use it. My wife said the womens room was fine. Still, I expect better from an establishment, but I still maintain they are worth dining at.

  The food was good but the service was poor. It was 3 pm and we were the only customers in the restaurant. We were greeted and seated promptly. I asked for and received a menu in french for myself and one in english for my wife. Then we were ignored for about 10 minutes, until we got up with the intention to leave. The staff were sitting at a table where they could see us, then one server came to take our order.

  We have stopped at this Mikes location a few times while traveling on the Trans-Canada. The food and service was good on the previous stops. However, for our most recent stop on November 16, our experience was a major disappointment.

  In the previous experiences, we received excellent service in English. But for this one, the server's English was limited and I can't blame her for that. But we got the impression that we received poor service because my wife is anglophone and I may have been perceived as anglophone as well. But I am francophone from Quebec and I spoke to her in French.
